Their service and willingness to help me was outstanding! After talking to a Telus rep on the phone today, that I had a REALLY hard time understanding, I hung up not exactly knowing what he was talking about. After going through all the confirmation emails they sent me after the call, I apparently signed up for more than what I originally called in for. I phoned and spoke to Jannessa in PR and she went through my account and phoned Telus back for me and had everything fixed for me!! I didn't have to call back and wait forever for a rep or anything! She did it all and was so understanding of my frustration!! She saved me a whole bunch of time and I can't thank her enough!!! Excellent customer service!
